Free cancellation up to the day before. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100%.

Up to 1 day before: Free of charge
On the day of booking: 100% of the total price
No-show (without notice): 100% of the total price
Note: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment,
your booking will be automatically canceled and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
