Is it okay if it's my first time wearing a kimono?
Yes. Our kimonos are easy to wear, and our staff will guide you step by step.
When will I receive my videos?
You will receive them on the same day, right after your session.
Can I experience it with friends or family?
Yes. You can join as a pair or in a group.
Is there anything I need to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything. Everything will be provided for your experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellations up to the day before your appointment. However, cancellations made on the day of the booking or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total price. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
